Basic trading with Tesla... price reached the top of a distribution where there is a drop off in volume. It's easy for sellers to push the price down from low volume nodes.

4 months is an extremely short amount to decide what you think of Bitcoin. It's best to wait at least one cycle, which is 4 years and then look at the returns across that time period.

@@EvanMichael03 Can't speak for Caleb, but I've been "hodling" BTC and ETH since 2018. Underwhelmed. Was fortunate to get in somewhat early with ETH, but it's been a nothing burger once I got past 3X returns, maxed at about 5X. Now back in 3X range, seems to be the norm. Crypto is the future of money if CBDC's are staved off to be sure. But at this point, there isn't going to be any more moonshots for small $ speculators. YT channels like this are selling carrots dangling on sticks to the johnny come lately types.

The market has always been manipulated by big players. Arguably China's govt is included. The ETFs simply allow more investors access to bitcoin via a pegged financial product.

When in history has banning something made its price go down? When the government says “Great news. We are introducing a CBDC! Oh, and we are banning bitcoin”… intelligent people know exactly what that means. It means… the money has failed, we are introducing a new money, and we are closing the escape hatch. Anyone with half a brain isn’t going to hesitate to run for that escape hatch anyway. This is exactly what people in Nigeria did when their currency was tanking and the government banned bitcoin. People were paying a 30% premium to buy bitcoin on the streets… which turned out to be a smart move. There is a clip of Christine Legarde talking about this exact same scenario in reference to bitcoin. She said… and I quote… “If there is an escape hatch, people will use it. And therefore, we must work with countries across the world to close the escape hatch.” This statement is essentially an admission that our unelected bureaucrat leaders think we are slaves. And it is an admission that bitcoin is the escape hatch. Imagine… she is saying that when the ship starts to sink… they are going to destroy the life rafts and force you to sink with the ship. The good news is that they will fail… because the life rafts are actually stronger than the ship. Besides… Bitcoin is too big too ban now. It is global. There is no way there will ever be consensus on banning bitcoin. So… if Europe were to ban it, they would be digging their own grave.

Hey James, you have noted couple of time Justin Sun offered to buy Germany BTC but they did not even consider. The question is why is this happening especially since BTC ETFs are trading? It is all an agreement between the higher powers so that ETFs accumulate the majority of BTC holdings...and we the people are left without financial power once again.

MSTR stock split: Psychology IS what drives markets. So while there may be no math / accounting reason to welcome a stock split, there is a psychological reason- it encourages the small buyers by reducing "unit bias". Bitcoin may want to take notice and (perhaps during the next bear) move to using a smaller standard unit as well: milli (mBTC) or micro (uBTC), or possibly even sats. This requires no change to bitcoin itself, only bitcoin culture.

Exactly. I’m concerned about the same thing with the Bitcoin price. The etf prices are a lot more attractive for people however. But yes I do think it would help if the actual bitcoin price everyone was looking at was lower for more buy ins. It’s why nvidia split too. Once you get over a big number like 1,000 or 100,000 , the concern is people will go oh it’s not for me.
