I like your videos brother. Just to correct, Falafels are made from Fava beans everywhere (including the middle east). Just the hummus is made from chickpeas. The green color of falafels are from the fava beans itself. God bless!

You can visit Balochistan in early March if you want taste different dishes of fresh Fava Beans. Boiled Fava Beans are also commonly consumed with paratha in Baloch diaspora in parts Balochiatan, Karachi and other regions.
