What's the exclamation for? Bamenda has always been like that. The problem in Bamenda is lack of public infrastructure, not residential buildings.

Bamenda has always been like this , so why aren't the buildings old?😆 and point of correction this is Bamenda Upstation government residential area, which they call GRA, where the high and mighty lives. Bamenda town itself is a mess.
