From a programmers perspective, every online game will have code that tracks your player so the server can read where you should be, they've just made it so them boundaries are visible, probably for debugging purposes.. They haven't done this intentionally, they just forgot to disable that command for non admins haha

You need to enable the game console in your in game settings. After that set a key for it in your keybinds and then you can open console and use some commands

There’s been people cheating from the dawn of counter strike. I met a cheater recently and he told me that he will keep cheating until valve fixes their anti cheat. Which will probably take another eon knowing valves laziness when it comes to their anti cheat which gets bypassed most of the time anyway. I’ve given up hope a long time ago but I’m glad that you still have hope for this dying game.

I love counter strike and it is still one of my favorite games to play despite it's flaws. While my hope has been dwindling, there is still a glimpse left, that valve will release some sort of update to address it. However I can also understand people that don't have that hope left
