I just googled it; Basically the firefighters prioritize fighting the perimeter of the fire and protecting surrounding structures, and focus on fighting the fire from the outside of the structure, no cutting vent holes in the roof and such.

The fire is in a high voltage electrical grid depot. It’s full of PCB oil. No water can be used. Just protect exposures.

Has to be arson. Just too obvious to me. Especially with crime up so high the last 4 years. Criminals and druggers don't give a crap what they burn down.
