MASSIVE GIANT TREVALLY KINGFISH CAUGHT IN SOUTH AFRICA-THE VIDEO THAT WENT VIRAL

Landing a fish of a lifetime was not what I had expected on this morning making my way down the coast targeting Gamefish.
This was in the middle of the Sardine Run in the winter months along the East Coast of South Africa.
This GIANT TREVALLY KINGFISH took a lot on string, taking me into my backing braid.
With all of the rush this morning, I forgot my GOPRO at home, so the video was taken on my cellphone.
The release video was a total mess up as my mate did not switch to video mode and all he got was two pics, one of what would have been the start of the video and the other being the end of the video.
Nevertheless, this awesome KINGFISH was tagged and safely released after 10 minutes of reviving it and it swam off strong, to live to fight another day...
