Wow! Super great job, Randy! I watched Furious Pete do a Pho challenge very recently and even though the bowl might have been a tad bigger than yours, they gave him a side bowl to put some of the noodles in (to cool them down) and he didn't have to drink the broth. Mad props, buddy!

Chad The Walrus I had a customer who came in daily and made me boil his already hot soup for 5 minutes in microwave and he ate it so fast boiling hot..... I think his tongue was fried.

that's how the restaurant "wins", the meats cook with the boiling broth, they add the meats in raw in Pho, weird concept. i'd dump a quart of ice into it to cool it off. I'm interested in pho, haven't had it yet, there's a place about 5 miles from my home that serves it, just for eating it, no challenge offered there. (that i know of)
