Tbh you really don’t need any advice just brush your teeth 3 times a day and don’t eat the foods they give you on the list. Take ibuprofen before your appointment you don’t wanna be in any mouth pain.

There gonna give you a list of foods not to eat but after a while you can eat them you just have to be careful cuz you can break a bracket but brush your teeth real good before your appointment so that when you get your braces off there is not a a little square from the braces on your teeth from your teeth color change.
