The point is for them to look realistic! Thats what real life animals look like. Sebastián is a mixer of crab and lobster and Flounder's design isn't even a real fish. Now Scuttle that changed his Species to have it make more sense. Like a real Seagull dobt collect random objects. Hence why they changed him from a Seagull to a Gannet collect random objects! Also Ariel never went to Surfaces in the original story until after she saw those fire works but she was always Fascinated with humans cause Scuttle! It makes more Sense for Scuttle to be a Gannet bird cause they can Dive deep into water/breathe in water and the collect objects that Scuttle has always given Ariel. So girl...please use your Critical thinking skills!! 🙄Y'all be REACHING! All of y'all are TOO OLD to be acting Slow! 😂😂😂😂

Hear me out here, Scuttle and Sebastian aren’t too bad in my opinion, but the Flounder live action and the 30th anniversary puppet scare the heck out of me. Melissa playing as Ursula is the best thing ever, I love her and how she plays the role. This live action movie looks phenomenal. 💕

Scuttle isn’t a seagull in the live action. They changed the character into a diving bird. In real life, this species of bird hunt fish for prey and they can dive 72 feet deep in the ocean for food. They can swim and hold their breath in the sea, and live on the coasts.

Tbh, I haven't seen a Disney live action movie yet, that I've actually enjoyed. It's usually the animals that disappoint me, because they are so expressionless compared to the animated versions. It's so much less fun! I hope I'm wrong about this movie, as Little Mermaid is my all time fav Disney movie too.

Melissa McCarthy has played non comedic roles. I think she’ll be great. She modeled her performance after a drag queen. I think Scuttles will be ok too. Sebastian and Flounder are a bit concerning. 😬
