You can clearly tell by the way he types and acts that he is extremely insecure and wants to believe that he is someone very important but in reality he's probably only made a few sales if anything from his websites that he probably pays more for than he actually makes in revenue. I built an online store and sold some stuff for a while and then closed it once it was no longer profitable. It's not particularly hard to do and it's silly to pretend like you're a powerful CEO when you're actually just a sole proprietor of a small online business. He's most likely coping but at least he's trying. Either way he needs to grow up or get help.

But I think it's also possible the guy just had a really shitty upbringing, and something about a wholesome and happy family interaction really set him off. One day he just stabbed one person that he was betting against and went to jail for it. The worst is that he didn't trust his own wife, so he left the will of the house to one of his friends. That guy destroyed himself when all he needed to do was take a few deep breaths and realize sometimes parents cook for their children. 21:20 There are two ways that could've been said with commas and periods but ignoring that there is still too much wrong with the statement. (ex 'about this issue, as your direct actions intended to harm our company. This will not be taken lightly.' or 'about this issue. Your direct actions to intentionally harm us and our company won't be taken lightly.')

You should look into the Sweet Baby situation, AKA that company that supposedly got hired by big game companies to make games "more inclusive" but outed itself as mostly hiring racists and started a harassment campaign against a Brazilian kid who left a mean comment about them. A legit harassment campaign so blatant they got locked out of Twitter.
