I have always felt that 15-20ft ceilings in the family room was a waste of space above. I'd put a walkway to a sitting area at a high window view. But dang this one is beautiful. Great job this.

LOVE this freaking build! Between this one and your Hilltop build, I don't know which I like better. The music is good, but it was a bit too much.. maybe it's just me, but it was a bit distracting. This is a great barndo for a large family, but it does seem unnecessarily large for a 4 bed 3 bath house. I'm in the early stages of planning my own 4 bed 3 bath home build and it's only going to be about 2500 sqft, including a large family room in the basement. I know this house sits on acreage vs my small suburban lot, but it still feels gratuitously large for just 4/3 capacity.

Can you design me a 30x60x20 4 car garage from left to right I want 2 9x7 garage doors next garage door a 16x9 garage door. Load bearing wall. 12x7 garage door and man door to the left. Remaining is an open shop. Stairs starts against the short outside wall, turns left to the long back wall. Where the stairs start I need a wall built inclosing the stairs making a laundry room. Upstairsn surprise me with 2 floor plans but 1 plan I want 1 master bedroom with a bathroom shower only and closet open to both bathroom and master. And a second bedroom need a full bathroom no tub. This bathroom opens to bedroom and livingroom.Two closets stairs opens into an open kitchen and livingroom between the two bedrooms. 2nd plan 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms.

@1845Barndo I can build it and design it. Cost me less, I cut my own wood as well. Kilm dry the wood will take me a year anyway. All oak walls will be tongue and groove. Cypress floors in the bathrooms. Plus the sinks I want cost me a grand. They are getting hard to find any more in white. I will get this house floor plans when I am ready.

it was large BUT the primary bedroom was really small the his/her closets in the primary bd room were really small, if you put them together would've been the same size as ANY of the other secondary closets, those were huge, and the bathroom seem tiny as well...other than that and the front door entry this was a cool house ALOT I mean ALOT. of upstairs bonus space...for this size front door shouldnt have to be SO close to the great room and dining and primary bedroom, closet and bath needed more space....still a great house
