@@rud5101 Correct. Your a smart cookie. His body is still in momentum going forward while he slightly arches his back. Similar to the fosbury flop in the high jump but only using a slight arch. the fosbury uses a full arch directing the body downward fast as momentum catches up. He used a slight arch directing the body more straight forward until momentum moves up then forward then catches up sending the whole body as one down creating more friction then if the head and body were arched down like the flop.

OMG...what excitement! I thought I was going to have a heart attack!! What an awesome battle. Such talent and showmanship from all of them. This was wildly entertaining and fun to watch. If only we can actually fight like that, no blood, no hate, no racism, no bigotry, no shaming...just dancing, smiling and then HUGGING!!! I'm always amazed at what they can do with their bodies. If the energy from the crowd could have been harnessed we could light up a whole city. What a team effort it was to put together a show like this for us all. Everyone benefits from this collaboration. I can't wait for the Olympics to see how they handle all that energy and then try and pick the best! When I clicked on this I became glued to my seat, the phone rang and I did not answer it, then my doorbell rang and I did not answer it and worst of all my corn flakes became mush!!!
