@pharmdiddy51205 ай бұрын
I like the comments about doing a poll with the viewers. Maybe during a live stream or something like that while you live stream building it. Maybe give several choices like a veterans health charity or helping convicts find employment when they're released orrr cancer research. OH! Just thought about our tech bros at UFD who raise money for Syngap 1

What an awesome individual to donate these items. Local charity? Raffle the computer, donate the money to that charity. Just an idea.

A quick idea: Perhaps maybe, you could flip this PC, try to make as much profit as possible. Then, you later use that money to build as many budget PC:s as possible that could play Minecraft/Fortnite and then donate them to Make a Wish or other charity organizations where the computers will come in handy! So maybe this beast may give you enough money to build two or maybe even three decent computers for someone who can't afford to buy their own PC :) Edit: Now I watched the video a bit farther and you already mentioned what I was thinking. You're just a phenomenal dude, my guy!
@michaelanderson21065 ай бұрын
Love your channel, man. Just found you a few days ago, binged your build up challenges. I think you have a great thing going with your content; the flipping, the incredible builds, the making use of older hardware that no body else does, the giveaways, etc. You got great production values and fantastic editing on par with channels 50x your size, you deserve everything you got coming to you! As for the donations, maybe they could seed a Charity Build-Up Challenge season where at the end instead of a giveaway pc, you have a set donation target and that money goes to St. Jude or something (no idea what is in the Orlando area). Let this guy's generous donation be the seed that grows a significantly larger donation while making some excellent content along the way.

Currently watching this episode and am really moved by your genuine gratitude and desire to give back. You weren't somber! You cane across as overwhelmed and heartfelt. Keep on being you. Thank you for bringing so much kindness ro this world! My vote goes to raffles and taking that money to donate. You might get more money that way than straight up selling.

i think keeping the charity local is the way to go...for example, Gamers Nexus donates regularly to a local pet rescue, iirc. Local charities have a better hit rate, getting more funds directly to those in need, and have lower overhead, typically (vs large organizations). Also, we would get a possible follow up video showing the fruits of these generous labors. Also also, dirty trick, scattering the cut onions all around the place. Keep it up!
@ThePcRehab5 ай бұрын
I agree completely, local is the better way to go for sure! And you will never find where I hid the onions lol

I've been watching your channel grow for the better part of a year now, and you deserve a lot of the success you've brought to yourself and the channel in general. You've always been up front and honest about your pricing and the way you handle things, and I've actually learned a great deal about shopping around for used components (if I ever needed to). Keep up the good work, my guy, and if I ever need to sell some older components I have, I know who to go to. The fact that you only live a state away helps. LOL.

I've only watched the first minute, so I'll stop real quick and just say this after hearing what you just said. Man, your channel is so much more than just a PC flipping channel. To me, at least, it brings hope for my own future. I run the channel Average to Maverick, you've seen a few of my comments before. I have never actually believed I would be able to find my style/niche in either business or KZbin to actually want to follow through. Or yet, ever see a glimpse of hope to ever be able to make a living off it for me and my daughter. But seeing your channel grow so ridiculously fast, thanks to your charisma that to me, feels like watching an inspirational, kind older brother who walks the walk and does it with passion. That is hugely inspiring for me, and I want to be an inspiration to someone else like you have been for me one beautiful day. I will soon upload my first PC project up onto this channel, I'm editing the video as I'm writing this comment. Thank you for granting me the motivation to follow through with my dreams! So with that said, I'll check out the rest of your video and I wish you a very great day! /Erik

You should use these computers to start a whole season of build it up and raise as much money as you can over the course of a month and on top of that during the month, add a donation link to your videos. I'm not sure how it works, but iI've seen other creators do something on some of their videos where they have a donation link for their chosen charity under their video and it keeps track of how much their audience donated

Me personally, id like to see you build from them what you can and flip for profit. Then with those funds build a few similar pcs ( entry level pcs and donate locally to a school or somewhere they will be used and safe. Maybe even start a charity pc series where people that donate get there names added to the side panel or somewhere so people can see who donated. Just an idea
