What a huge transformation this pregnancy was! In case you were wondering, this was a massive 21.3kg weight gain with my second pregnancy, and baby was born at 3.7kg.

Hey :) I didn’t - my recommendation for weight gain was a max of 16kg though the pregnancy and I gained 21kg which was technically considered ’unhealthy’
