how do I make Cracker's Withe Storm work with shaders it keeps crashing for me is there any settings that I'm using wrong. I use optifine?

Optifine is incompatible with Cracker's wither storm. You're better off using Oculus and Embedium (Oculus is the shader mod and Embedium is the performance mod required for Oculus to work).
