I absolutely love Starrily’s formulas and quality but I wish they’d put a proper paddle brush in their polishes! I always swap mine out for the KBShimmer or Glisten&Glow’s paddle brush. Easy swap and makes ALL the difference for me. Planets collection is 10/10 - I was really slow to try them, and now I’m waiting for them to restock! I have Mars (amazing rich and dimensional red magnetic), Mercury, and Pluto so far.

I agree. The magnetics formula are great. I also didn't get to buy their magnetic planet collection in full when it first came out - sold out- but I've also been getting those individuals slowly when they restocked them & happy with them. Another cool collection was the Love Spell Collection; the box & magnet were so nice with the prints.

Oooo, I never know what brushes are compatible with what bottles so thanks for the tip! I would also love if Starrily switched to a rounded paddle brush but I don’t mind as much if I know what brush I can swap it out for myself.

Starrily has a special place in my heart because it was my gateway to indie and boutique brands. I got a Facebook ad for one of their glitter toppers and I've been a fan ever since! I feel like they're not as popular as other boutique/indie brands because they're a lot slower to restock. I'm still waiting for some of their magnetics from their Valetine's collection to come back. I'm also not a fan of their brushes. I thought I got a wonky brush in the neon set, but the replacement brush was just the same one. Regardless, I love their magnetics and looking forward to trying out some of the Haunted Garden collection. Hopefully you get the chance to try their glitter toppers!

Aww I love that!! 🥹 and yeah I think I noticed that too, at least them not being as talked about as other brands, I wasn’t too familiar with their restock schedule but ugh it def is the worst part of smaller/indie brands !! 😩 waiting for valentines shades is sooo crazy, it’s almost been a year 😭 I hope you don’t have to wait much longer! I love Starrily, too. I'm glad they were able to send you some of their polishes. They have great formulas & fun themed shades. Kelli Marissa put me on to them years ago, but I was nervous about purchasing, & then I just took the chance to make my first purchase back in 2021. Now, I buy from them a couple of times a year. Starrily Favorites are: Pumpkin Patch, Black Widow, Venom, Moon Jelly, Krypton (Kr), Arcana, Cloudscape, Cosmic Voyage, Bioluminescence, Diamond Rain, Artemis, & Forest of the Night.

I love love LOVE Starrily! The Planets collection is perfection, and so is the Love Spell collection, which speaks to my spooky, witchy little heart! Pluto is just, chef’s kiss. It was my first indie polish so holds a special place in heart. KBShimmer’s Let’s Hang is also a decent dupe, though it also has iridescent flakies. I really want to try their Sea Glass polish, it looks so fun!

The Cat's Meow was my favorite. I've looked at their website but nothing really drew me in. Their prices is pretty high too. I also don't like the brush...as always great review. Happy to see you!

Ooooh thank you for comparing Pluto to Cirque's Mood Ring, definitely super similar so can probably skip on Pluto to try to save some money 😅 I'm so glad to see you review Starrily! I have 2 of their polishes that I got in destashes (Bean Toes and Venus; I really love them both) and I just bought a bunch more during Black Friday (mostly their gemstone flake toppers, a couple jellies and metallic/foil polishes). I really enjoy the brand but they're just so expensive (on par with Mooncat) where I can only justify buying from them during sales.

What a fun PR package! I love that they sent you such a wide variety to try. Starrily is definitely in that luxury price point, but their formulas are stellar. I tend to swap their brushes for KBS, so I can continue to be a lazy painter. 😅 I only allow myself to buy their polishes on sale, but Kelli Marissa has a code for 10% off that I’ve used before. (“KELLI” if anyone needs it.) I love everything I have from Starrily, but Phobos (topper) is the one I wore most recently. I do really love their metallic foils, and I’m snagging the orange when they restock.

I have not tried Starrily yet(pricey and scarce in Canada) but I would love to one day. They have a topper called Sea Glass that is on my wish list that is so gorgeous! Also, if you love Pumpkin Patch you should check out Jen & Berries PPU polish for December, they are definitely sisters😊

I havent tried starrily yet but sometimes I'll find a polish that I'm interested in. It wasnt until the jellyfish collection that I really wanted to give them a go. I dont know what it is about Pluto but when you did the velvet effect it reminded me of aliens for some reason. I'm also waiting for my first olive ave polish to arrive, but it arrives just a few days before my big europe trip so I won't have time to really enjoy them until the end of december. I actually have so many specialty finish polishes that I'm kind of craving more cremes lol. Also, do you have any recommendations for good top coats? I have the glisten and glow one, and it is really good, but it has a unique odor, like a less sweet gasoline or something, and sometimes it gives me a headache.

Starrily got their money's worth in the PR package as I never realized Sphynx shifted color! I have been dying for a Sphynx/Pomegranate Seed comparison. Cat's Meow is sitting waiting for me at home with Hera and Nightshade. I wanted to buy more during the sale, but it didn't last until my December paycheck deposited today. That Haunted Garden collection is gorgeous. Looks like they aren't dupes, so it remains on the wishlist. I own Empress and wondered about Forest of th Night. (BTW: Empress is similar to OPI's CIA. Not a complete dupe but not as different as I hoped. Starrily is a bit more teal.)

i think some brands like Holo Taco or Mooncat include a free magnetic wand when you buy a magnetic polish, but i’m sure you can also find one on amazon if that’s all you need! i’ve also heard kitchen/fridge magnets work great too lol i haven’t tried it myself though 😅

Is there a reason you never bought Starrily nail polish on your own prior? You start the video saying you’re finally trying them out but it’s only because you got added to their PR list. I did take advantage of the BF sale, as they are so expensive at full price, and they rarely have sales. @@PolishedYogi I got Bellatrix, Mocha, intergalactic, and dark music. I had never tried a cream formula from them, and they are really nice! I’m in love with brown creams this season for some reason, and mocha is lovely! Super happy with everything I got. I probably own about 20 Starrily polishes and I absolutely love them all.
