Build him with Ult-centric characters like Yunli and Argenti. Characters who benefit from debuffs like Dr. Ratio also work. He'll become better over time the more of these types of characters are released. You can use him in DoT as well, but he really benefits from being a DMG amplifier so I wouldn't use him specifically for that.
