This problem is the same everywhere: blatant lack of maintenance of public road sewers! The staff in charge of this prefer to play cards or have a drink at the local pub!

Poor drainage has to be a priority in this day and age with better ideas to clear leaves rubbish etc. Great job but as soon as the man leaves the drain will block not long after. Also definitely recommend a rake with longer handle for safety reasons.

Definitely not American because of sandals sand no gloves being worn. Missing also is hard hat, ear muffs, goggles, respirator, life jacket and 2 safety observers as required per union contract and OSHA.
