This past year I discovered cleaning videos which got me motivated to get my home organized and such. I mostly get all my cleaning done on Sundays. I used to work every day of the week then decided I need some time to myself.

Yay for Pottery Barn Bedding! It's truly an investment. The sheet sets are well worth the money as well. HIGH QUALITY. I have the Shark Vertex Corded Vacuum... Also, it is well worth the money. My little girl just turned 10 in June. She had a few friends over to play in the pool and had a water balloon fight. She really just wanted to spend the day with her friends. So I decorated the hall ceiling with lights, those birthday twirly things and balloons. Then I hung different colored streamers over her door so when she opened it in the morning she would walk into them. She LOVED all of it. For my cleaning routine my husband and I both work full time jobs and I home school our kids. My kids are old enough to help with cleaning now so my son helps dad with the yard work. My daughter helps me with the house work. I do most of the bulk cleaning on Saturday and my husband tackles the laundry on Mondays which is his day off.

I do a whole house clean on Tuesdays and Thursday or Friday, then just clean up behind ourselves daily. I’m a mom of 5 and homeschool year round so we just keep our schedule all year. Hubs works 4 days a week and those are the days we do our school work. Your videos always inspire me and motivate me to get up and get moving!

I recently (in March) purchased the Shark Vertex Powered Lift Away which is a corded vacuum and I’m loving it! It’s a duo clean so it can be used on multiple floor surfaces. I have the Vertex cordless vacuum as well, and both have the “no hair wrap” feature (which I’ll never be able to live without again!!!) Even though the corded vac has the duo clean, I prefer the cordless for my hard floors because the dust bin on the corded version tends to hit up against my kitchen cabinets, but the corded vacuum is definitely much stronger and does a great job deep cleaning carpets and rugs. (I had a Rainbow before this, so I was hoping to love this one!) I’m just a big fan of shark vacuums…..I’ve had great success with all of them so far! I have a Shark robo vac, the cordless Vertex and the corded Vertex. Hope this helps!

I am a stay at home wife and we are doing IVF currently to get our first baby. 🧡 My husband actually bought me a Starlight calendar to keep my cleaning chores and other events on and I love it! You can color coordinate tasks, events, chores, and even meal plans. It has made my life so much easier. Pro tip for the showers: I bought the dish brushes from the dollar store that you can put the dish soap in and I keep those with some dawn dish soap and a little vinegar in my showers. My husband and I clean using those while we are in the shower and even our guests do it since they know what they are for. It helps our showers not get so dirty in my opinion.

Loved this video! I work out of the home around 50 hours a week. I usually make sure all laundry is completed by Sunday night. I take one full day on the weekend to clean but some things may trickle into the next day. Definitely a spa like party would be great for your daughter. Whatever you do I'm sure you will crush it!! Hi Amy! I love your videos and this one hit at a perfect time for me! I work full-time outside of the home. My Son plays travel baseball so our weekends are consumed with that. I try to do a small chore each day of the week to keep things manageable, with not much cleaning on the weekend. Of course sometimes things don't go as planned! Here's my cleaning schedule: Monday - laundry Tuesday - dusting Wednesday - floors (sweep, vacuum, mop) Thursday - wash bedding and change bed sheets Friday - clean bathrooms Saturday - catchup what I can Sunday - laundry

I work full-time from home in mortgages! I love it so much and I'm so glad that we didn't have to go back to our corporate bank after Covid. My bank is downtown, so it's expensive; from lunches out, to gas (I live outside of town, so it's a small commute), to work clothes and makeup. I save SO MUCH MONEY! My cleaning routine consists of spot cleaning throughout the week and deep cleaning on Saturdays. I LOVE to clean and organize; I actually considered making my own KZbin channel, but I don't think I have the time to edit. I'm also extremely passionate about budgeting. I paid off my mortgage last December and we're now completely debt free. It's something that I'm so proud of because I was raised on welfare and food stamps and to break that cycle and to be debt free at 40 years old with a house in a really nice neighborhood...I could cry from happiness! My husband is thinking about retiring by 45, but we have a daughter that's going into her senior year of high school and wants to go to an Ivy League school (Columbia University is her first choice), so we're waiting until spring to see how that pans out. lol! yes! I have used the mop a few times but all of my mop heads weren't clean & needed to be washed. I have a closet that I keep a few in & then I have my tineco wet dry vac & dyson in my dining room, then my tineco cordless is mounted in our garage... I wish I had a better place to store all of them! haha!

I zone clean by day, but tidy every day. Mondays and Thursday’s are bathrooms (although I wipe down toilet seats daily) Tuesdays and Fridays: Dust, Vacc, Mop Wednesday’s: outside and big items laundry (bedding and throw blankets) Weekends are a reset when I can kind of thing! Also, a fun theme for a birthday is young, wild, and free (think like 70s hippie vibe).

I work outside of the home and am trying to get better at home keeping for not just my kiddos but my husband. He does so much!! I’m a September baby so we always did a luau! It saved my mom money (which I never knew as a kid). Same decor every year, placed differently; I never knew. We had all the fruits (which we could get with WIC back then) and of course hot dogs🤣 I’d have 2 friends stay the night. We never really played games since we were swimming! Besides like Marco Polo or diving to get the little sticks/rings you toss in the water.

I am a work from home Mom. I love the new faucet. My kids and I have the Amazon bedding and we love it. I just got our first ever Washer and Dryer so we are enjoying having the fresh bedding more often instead of the once a month cleaning they got when I was lugging them to the laundromat. I am a "boy" Mom, but I just threw a picnic pool party for my Niece. It was simple, but beautiful. I'm an aide at my kids elementary/middle school. I was a stay at home mom for 4 years with our middle child. I just had our 3rd and final baby last month and I will be at home with him this first year. Summer birthdays are my favorite! Maybe because I am a end of July baby too 😂 but what about a "hang 10" surfer theme for her pool party? It does get harder to pick a theme as they get older. My oldest turned 13 this Feb and she asked to just go to the mall and roller skating with her friends 😅 we had a separate family get together with her favorite dinner on her actual b day. Also, I LOVE my v15 detect too. I got it last December, it took forever for me to find one because it sold out right away when it came out and I wasn't anticipating that because of the price. It has SO many attachments that you can get off Amazon too. I have some in my cart currently waiting on prime day tomorrow to see if they go on sale 😅 thanks for the motivation!

I have a shark corded from about 5 years ago. I love love love it. I have it upstairs just for up there. I use the shark vertex cordless downstairs and it is amazing, lays flat to get under the couch. I also just got a Bissell Crosswave which has changed my life. Just wanted to let you know that I have the Shark Vortex. It is a corded lightweight vacuum. I purchased it from Amazon and I love it. It has a no tangle brush roll and it has a button to push to go from hardwood to carpet. It has amazing suction and comes with several attachments. Hope this helps!

It looks like you have a new faucet. Love it. When my son transitioned to a full size bed, there was a checkered pattern bedding from Pottery Barn that I loved but I didn't want to spend that much money. I found one similar from Target. I got it when my son was 3 and he just got new bedding a couple years ago (he is 15). The only reason I changed it was because he was outgrowing the design but it held up great.

I have a Dyson V10 for all of the hard floors in my home and LOVE it. I also have a Shark corded vacuum for the area rugs and two rooms that have wall to wall carpet and I also LOVE that one! I tested a corded Shark that I bought to use at our church out on my area rug and my husband and I were horrified at what came up! We were joking saying we’re disgusting people 🤣 So we bought ourselves a Shark and it’s also fairly light. My Nana also had an older corded Shark and I did love that model too. Very reliable!

How about a luau? It’s summery & colorful and fun! Did one for my daughter, we had a pig roast, the whole Hawaiian theme, it was fantastic! Got all my decorations from Party City and off of Amazon. Grass skirts, leis, coconut cups, oh my gosh EVERYTHING! And it was a big hit!

I like to do my cleaning M-F no weekends. Monday bathrooms, Tuesday dusting, Wednesday Kitchen deep clean, Thursday Vacuum, Friday Laundry. On the weekends just basic cleaning to keep it up as much as I can. North Carolina.🙂

I had the cordless Bissell Crosswave for a couple years and while it was nice I decided that I wanted a corded cause cordless does not make them perform better and those are usually more expensive. I ended up getting the shark hydrovac. So far I like it and it has the “shark swivel”.

Gracie June does a GREAT job making her bed but Caycen is kind of lazy with it most days. He can definitely make it, but he just doesn't care as much about what it looks like (typical boy).
