The inscription in the Mauser holster says "Maschinenfabrik Aktiengesellschaft" (machine factory corp.), then a family name, then "Abt. for Abteilung" (division) followed by a word for the kind of factory and the town it was in (not readable).

KPPB stands for "Königlich Preußische Polizei Berlin". Preußen was the german state Berlin was part of during that time.

Royal Prussian Police. I've seen a few other possibilities. Königlich Preußisches Polizeipräsidium [Stadt] Royal Prussian Police Headquarters Königlich Polizei-präsidium [Stadt] Royal Police Headquarters I had a FN 1900 K.P.P.Ch (Charlottenberg.)

K.P.P.B means in German "Königliches Polizeipräsidium Berlin". Translated it means: "Royal Police Headquarters Berlin".

I have a few untouched all original1913 DWM military Lugers and two do not have stock lugs and never have and one has a stock lug which makes me believe that the stock lugs were implemented in 1913. Food for thought....

yes, mid 1913 stock lugers were required and were implemented in the manufacture at Erfurt and DWM

The FN at 11:57 is an old model/1900. It was designed by John Moses Browning and created the pocket semi-automatic pistol market. I am surprised you didn’t recognize it.

Tom, use simichrome with a q tip to establish real or restored finish. Brown residue on q tip will mean real blue. Pin prick rust will come off. Does not hurt finish. Derek.

Ahhh, the Webley Fosbury. I mused about the similarily to the shown one. But, this is too good to be true, isn't it. Its condition is too good for my opinion - although I would take it into collection, as restoration or as replica.

min.14.48 that what i can read is "maschinenbau aktiengesellschaft abt. maschinenfabrik" that means "mechanical engineering stock corporation abt. machine factory" but the Proper names on the end i can t read ! thats maybe an Location name!

Your police Mauser 1914 .32 marked S. P. over L. is from the Sachsische Polizei - Leipzig (Saxony Police).

I think the Chasspot military rifle 1866 was based on the Dreyse needle fire system.

Hey Tom, I have a 1910 Luger in my collection serial # 5111c. Grip strap marked to the 121 Infantry Regiment (Old Wurttemberg). All matching, WW 1 Doughboy bring back with name on inside grip panels. 75 pieces apart, came with. 1916 dated holster.

Tell my government we need more relaxed laws for at least owning pistols or .22 rifles. As it is now, we need all sort of papers which makes it so expensive or good connections not many can afford it.

If we wanted to kill prime minister or president it would be pretty easy, although this is not solution because we don't want civil war. In US after killing of Kennedy every next president was worse than previous, except maybe Obama and Biden. It will not take long until nature does selection, it is already doing it but this is just beginning.

Your gloves are dirty because you use the gloves like a rag, instead of handling the firearm with the gloves, you wipe the firearm with your gloves, besides magazines are inherently dirty, just saying :)

I have mixed feelings about owning a nazi well anything nazi but I love that era of guns and these police issue guns would be a more comfortable idea. If I had a nazi war trophy from a grandparent that would be one thing but not just because.
