Hi-Tech technology state of art plant where we have set up DISAMATCH C-20/24 FULLY AUTOMATIC SAND PLANT & OMEGA TYPE NO BAKE SAND PLANT. Having DISAMATCH 24/28 and 32/32 RIGID MACHINE DESIGN facility our manufacturing capacity will be enhanced by 3 to 4 folds compare to our existing capacity, with SPEED OF UPTO 120 UNCORED MOULDS/HOUR & 100 CORED MOULDS /HOUR, with Flexible down sprue system, facilitated with automatic weight and jacket transfer station and Auto Pouring System. Our crucible pouring weight is up to 128 kg. With this new setup we will able to produce all Graded Casting (I.e. Cast Iron, Cast Steel, S G Iron etc.) from 1 kg to 25 kg weight of single components casting from DISAMATCH plant while up to single piece weight up to 3 M.T. from Omega Type Plant.
