Hum e pata hai ki yeh nahi karna hai, fir bhi hum baar baar ye kyun karte hai..... Jab padhai karne beth ta hu tab mobile me kuch aur dekhne lag jata hu. Mujhe pata hai ki ye nahi karna hai fir bhi mei yeh karta hun. Us samay pata nahi ki me kya kar raha hu. Aisa lagta hai ki me kisi ke control me hu. Jab bored ya kuch jyada samay ho jata hai tab shikayat and Guilt feel hota hai. Iske karan negative mood ho jata hai aur mei kuch nahi kar paata hu. Mujhe pata hai ki me distract ho raha hu fir bhi me khudko kyu rok nahi paa raha hu.... Bhaiya please ispe detailed mei video banayega🙏🙏🙏 Kya me Concentrate nahi kar paa raha hu?
