I have buy oppo A53 last 2 days i am using this phone but still Dual SIM issue i insert 2 Sim one is Zong and Second is Telenor, zong and other network SIM is 100% working in Sim 1 and 2 slots but only issue in Telenor outgoing 100% working but income issue some time incoming good and when incoming in Zong or other network and after end the incoming call then call to Telenor service is available but number out of reach after restart still same issue i have changed SIM slots and SIM number 2 to 3 but still issue only on Telenor. I have visited oppo service center Rawalpindi Saddar branch but oppo staff is stupid and tell me your software is updated version this is main issue if you give permission and we changed to downgrade version when software is downgrade but still issue in front of oppo service center engineer but oppo service center can't accept my warranty issue and using bad language and rude behaviour what is the solution if this issue please guide me?
