The Forerunner exotic was the magnum from Halo. On the whole, however, Titans get the most love for inspired armor sets, such as Clutch Extol, Photosuede... even the new Wall-Watcher set with Final Shape.

I think Prime Palette is also a decent alternative

As a shader alternative I do also like prime palette but it’s kinda 50/50 on certain armor pieces to make it really green, side note: if you can’t get an exact master chief look you can go for different color combos including solid red or solid blue halo spartan ala halo:ce :)

They already did this for 30th anniversary. Warlocks got arbiter themed armor. Titans got armor heavily inspired by the chief (the set is called Ringwalker) and I believe hunters got odst? There's also the bxr battler (battle rifle), forerunner (magnum) and DMT with the (DMR) ornament. Not to mention a ghost-inspired and warthog-themed sparrow. That being said, the photosuede and clutch extol helmets for titan look very much like spartan helmets.

Krypz is more so asking for spartan themed armour I believe, which I would also love, even something as simple as having a Recon helmet universal ornament for all classes like they did with rat king reecently. There are many, many spartan armours to choose from, and a lot of them would fit into Destiny 2 fairly seamlessly.

Everyone knows what they released, the point of the video is an armor that actually looks like Masterchief, which Ringwalker is not even close.

@@vrika4280 Hell yeah, I know Ringwalker is "basically" based on chief, but overall it doesnt give that look for me at all, it gives off a dirty biker with how they structured the set. It essentially has a maruader biker helmet with the most halo thing about the armour being the needles in the shoulder pad. The set sucks. Titans have other armour which matches that halo setting so much more, hell destiny 1 had that down aswell. I want to have Halo spartan armour, not a jacket, standard trousers and a biker helmet.

The hunter set is based on Marathon, which is well known for not being Halo

For legal reasons, the theming is vague for all of the Halo related items because Bungie doesn’t own Halo anymore. That’s why warlocks just got arbiter themed gauntlets instead of a full set of arbiter armor. Titans only got needler shoulders. Bungie gave us The Other Half and Half Truths instead of the real energy sword. If they’d given us the real spartan armor, the real halo magnum or a real energy sword, they’d risk getting sued by Microsoft.

If you have the crimson plume helmet and put on the kairos gold shader, you get a similar effect

Honestly with how interest in Halo has been declining, I can only hope Bungie is able to eventually purchase the IP back from MS. Would love to see a proper crossover with Halo.

Just saying I've got multiple spartan fits as a titan main since the beginning of the game. I came from doom and halo to destiny so I am usually looking like a Spartan 2. I have a fit specifically to look like meta/agent maine from RVB. It looks damn good. It's almost like I ripped him straight from the show. I'll send it from my Xbox to your discord that I joined. if I can figure out how I'm fairly smart but there is a reason I am a titan in destiny lol.😅

Only in sprit. Bungie couldn’t use any names or direct references since they don’t own the IP anymore so all the Halo related stuff in the 30th AP is more of a “if you know, you know”.

No criticism but the green is a bit too saturated imo. I took veist poison on the armor and dead orbit vision on the helmet to make it look like the og master chief. Yours is great as well though, keep it up! :)

Bungie will never give us a properly Halo crossover because for some reason they really hate Halo, despite the fact that Halo literally made their company. maybe it reminds of them of when they were "ruled by the Tyrant Company Microsoft" which I think is hilarious given that they're owned by Sony now, which is arguably a worse company to be owned by.

Only a few old Bungie employees remain and the reason they hate Halo is because during H2's development they were basically given nothing and told to make Halo 2 in a short time and kept fighting Bungie during development nearly screwing it up multiple times and when they somehow succeeded they were like "Aight now do it more" and had them make Halo 3 through Reach before they were legally allowed to leave the game they hated. The only reason they put even a small amount of effort was because at the time Bungie's higher ups were basically devs as well meaning they liked the community and wanted to make them something they'd like unlike current bungie where the higher ups are normal cooperate greedy asshats. Also Microsoft is literally killing the gaming industry rn (Well triple A anyways) and it's so bad some think being bought by Microsoft is an automatic death sentence because they're buying companies just to shut them down no matter if they succeed or not. Edit: Funny enough 343 arguably hates Halo more than Bungie did though which is the funniest thing ever.
