Not exactly. Spartan II are generally as strong as lower rank Elites. Higher rank ones and Brutes were signficantly stronger than any Spartan. Though the newer armor did close the gap enough to the point where a Spartan would be as strong as most Elites.

Yep, you got it right, it was for the graphics. I thought it suited well with the Master Chief clips I wanted to use. I'm aware that's not Thel Vadam. Another commenter also pointed out the same recently. Honestly, I actually thought it took too long for these type of comments to start appearing lol.

People love to downplay gaming characters using gameplay as an excuse. Of course you're not gonna nuke a universe using the character, there would be no "playing" in games if that was the case lol. Lore Kratos has a lot of feats and statements that put him at the bare minimum as Multiversal since GOW 1. Also, Omniman never destroyed a planet by himself anywhere. His best feat is in the comics when he destroyed Viltrum, which had already a destabilized core and he needed the help of 2 other viltrumites to do it. He's somewhat above Multi-Continental, so yes, a Saitama victim.
