Is there any way to extract keyframes from audio tracks in order to sync them up with effects? For instance, focusing on the lower frequencies to get the drum beats, etc.

@@Photolearningism Thanks for the info. It seems likely that I will have to code it in something like Godot. Was looking for a Kdenlive feature or plugin that does something similar to After Effects' Autogenerate Keyframes. Had the crazy idea of using an Audio Spectrum Filter in KdenLive and then generating some keyframe information based on the movement at certain frequencies using Motion Tracking, but it will probably not be worth the effort xD Kdenlive really needs better ways to manage keyframes, like adding keyframes at specific intervals, having a separate track for adding keyframes to the entire project, having keyframe groups, etc.

This video made me improve, using Normalize in 2 sections at -14LUFS is quite slow but works like a charm, then I use normal GAIN effect to lower the audio where I think it's necessary. Thanks :)

Many, many, many thanks for your effort! This finally gives more clarity on the subject of LUFs. And it's a real help! So far I've always used "Normalize (2-pass)" but I've never been sure how the volume would come across to the listener. Mainly because everyone's personal habits regarding volume are likely to be different.

Thx for your test. Very useful but I have different question: How do you make screen capture with so good resolution that let you make 4x zoom without losing quality? If I use a monitor that is full HD 1920x1080 when i want to use zoom (transform effect) 4x time I have big pixels problem.

Hi Artur Mijalski! Thank you for the question! This can get interesting and would depend a bit on the favored viewing resolution of your audience to determine a good fit for quality. Typical HD recordings are 1920x1080, when zooming in to a quarter of this space (assuming this is the 4x zoom factor mentioned), you would have roughly SD resolution (704 x 480). If the typical viewing experience for your audience is HD and you'd like to maintain that resolution through zooming far in, it may be worth experimenting with video upscaling tools. Being that your screen is currently built for HD, it likely wouldn't support 4K screen recording (there are workarounds, but they are dependent on specific hardware and settings). However, if recording 4K is an option, this would support zooming in to a half-size screen and still maintain HD resolution. Higher zooming could be accomplished, but would start to trim into the quality, the further the digital zoom is increased. As a side note specific to #KDEnlive, to my eye video resolution looks better when using the "Position and Zoom effect" versus the "Transform" effect, which I believe is using two different approaches to rescaling video.
