12:50 Kepler + Swirl - I have been playing DDD for 3 months now and I could have swear there were not two card combos with Swirl Slime until today. Good guide! it definitely helped me to get a better grasp of the combos!

13:00 Kepler + Slime has a variation where you scale Ragnarok + Thomas and when you reborn Gryphon from grave you add Copernicus dumping Vice Typhon which is used later as synchro material for Siegfried. The end board will have the usual but with an extra Siegfried minus a contract and headhunt.

putting both ragnarok and thomas as scale is to risky, if your opponent break your board, and they left you with both scale, you lock yourself from pendulum summoning.

@@fafnirymd The deck doesn't care on pendulum summoning after turn 1 so even in this specific scenario it doesn't matter that much. You can also free up scales with kepler's effect.

@@averagejoe9229 owh its not, you will need it once your board is broken and if u decided to play grind instead of surrender, theres a reason why 3 gilgamesh is mandatory, so u can recover next turn..

Good job,bro! I can see you put up a lot of work,nicely done. Also make sure to mention Dharc+Underworld Goddes package in the Extra in part 2 in case @Ignister Matchmech becomes a thing(very likely it will),usually you would remove 15th flex slot and 3rd Gilga for it.

brooooo the kepler thomas combo was so siiick. you are OD fafnir. i Appreciate you being a variety deck channel but DDD is no doubt your best deck. thanks so much for showing me that man. for everyone, practice as much combinations as possible so you can know what is and what is not considered a brick. very important for making progress with this deck.

Going 2nd DDD is really hard and a true test on how well you know the deck. that being said, do you have any tips on how to deal with annoying monsters with commanding presence like Swordsoul Synchro Chengying? I find it frustrating that i cant freely banish without being hard punished.

I hope "mask of restrict" can be included to stop kaiju-like monsters. Maybe "red reboot" or "solemn judgement" to stop "evenly matched" or "lightning storm" / "raigeki" / "dark hole."

I'm a D/D player... one trap I like to use is Grave Digger's Trap Hole. It negates hand or graveyard effects, and inflicts damage. More than a few times, it has helped me to finish off opponents when I'm dealing with the consequences of Ragnarok or Thomas half-damage effect from previous term.

The first combo is a misplay. U can put rage and cerberus in scale. Pen both keplar and gryphon. Active cerb making keplar level 4. And u can play from there. Either go for a rank 6 with machine x. Or go for a headhunt

bruh you should watch the next next combo, that first combo is for "if you dont want to add rage and cerberus" because I don't, they are a brick for me, and i'm sure its rare to open just 1 kepler without any d/d card in your hand..

Tbh u should be running Oracle for LP for the damage from the contracts during the stand by or main phase and should be running king calamity to add more steal interruption

For the Kepler+Gryphon/coper combo I think you made an error by saying gryphon or coper because the combo couldn’t of been done without a coper in the hand 18:11

if you have gryphon on your hand instead, you search coper with gate..just search the missing piece..

yeah, those are the core cards that you need, the rest you add more of its core cards, to be more consistent, or you can add more handtraps instead, handtraps are depends in each seasons, depends of the meta..but mostly the main handtraps u must add is both ash blossom and maxx c..

basically it requires you to have a sacrifial lamb in your deck to add any monster that you needed, by showing the monster you had in your hand, and then show the other monster from deck, that only have 1 similar thing to the monster you shown, it can be levels, atk or def points, monster type, monster attribute, subtype (tuner pendulum etc) and then you can add the monster that also have 1 similar thing to the monster you shown in your deck so its like the monster shown in you deck is a bridge between your card in hand and your wanted cards in your deck if you confuse with what monster you should add as a bridge here is the link for it : small-world.yugioh.app/bridge-finder
