Hello! I discovered your videos 2.5 weeks before my Academic IELTS exams. I was so lost with the writing section since I couldn't find a tutor and you really helped me get the score I needed! However, the videos do not usually point out anything about the address. Or there's no need for an address?

Writing more than requested number of words is not a problem ??

It's not a problem as long as you finish on time. I'd suggest aiming for 170-190 words. Those with advanced skills may write even longer answers (250 words), but they take more time to write and more time to proofread
