For your 3rd example your first trinomial in the numerator is not (x+4)(x+3) it should be (x-1)(x+4)

example 3 is off, it has to be (x+4)(x-1). at first i thought i was wrong but i tried it with the +3 and it obviously didn't work but this video is still very helpful !
