Appreciate you! At the moment with pre orders I'm pretty sure they're only avaliable in the packs but once they hit stores I'd say they'll be out for single sales. That should be happening soon so it might be a good idea to ask your FLGS

So essentially: use three colours of the same rough hue, but rather than being very close tint/shade wise, have them be really big steps. One very dark, one mid, one very light?

Spacemarine shoulder pad trim. It's pretty simple and straight forward with a hard edge and theres lots of refference photos avaliable but honestly, just about anything in your bitsbox is good. It's more about getting the practice in than trying to get the perfect start
