Do I have to hype them or keep the energy subtle? 3) how do u want to present it? 1)Grabber from my soul to urs. 2) welcome to the event 3) frame the event in the audiences mind. Highlights of the event, a who or what. 4) benefits of being at the event, solutions, motivation to stay. Planting the seed of cooperations. 5)closing it up and tie it with a quote/joke/story.
