I am juvenile at mind. I used to be influenced by Barbell's opinions and because of him I went to watch Mem Famous and regretted it. I didn't learn my lesson and skipped Pareshan in theaters based on his opinion. But when I watched it on OTT later I was amazed by the fantastic cinematography. One day my brother wanted to drink and he wanted to watch a movie so I put Pareshan and ended up loving it even more noticing many details. It's a hidden gem of a movie.

@@CometoIM oh okay but I didn't like it. I can't recall much about the movie. I remember the protagonist's acting and the portrayal of people around him seemed a bit forced as if they were trying too hard to mimic small town or village life. The storyline felt stale and lacked freshness and the songs didn't leave an impression on me. The cinematography was okay but overall the narrative could have been told in Telugu or another dialect. In contrast to Pareshan where the alcohol theme was deeply ingrained. Right from the scene where alcohol is given to the hen at the beginning effectively established the tone for me in Pareshan.

Santosh, who is originally from Karimnagar, has a different speaking style that doesn't quite seem to align with the typical accent from that region, or even Telangana in general. I'm not judging, but it makes me wonder if it's a result of personal preferences, past experiences, or maybe discomfort with public speaking. Weird accent and it's interesting.
