"Chatting with men.......... about football" that made me laugh so hard!

I love 00:41 where he's all fake enthusiastic, then holds a smile, then...just stops smiling. It cracks me up immensely! He's probably thinking...okay...you can stop filming now.

1990's instructional videos were so bad It took me awhile to realize this was a parody. No seriously. They were this bad and meant to be instructional.

You have to admit that he's got those 90's instructional videos down pretty good. From the decor to the crappy synth music and the nerdy host. He had me going for a little while until I picked up on the subtle humor like "That's why I bought my videos"

Few things I learnt from the video : 1. We can chat with men only about football in the internet. 2. there are over 10000 people using the internet per day. 3. people take virtual vacation over the internet. 4. you should have really bad teeth to to be the master of the internet. 5. It takes only 10 minutes to find out the capital of dallas.Wait a minute 'CAPITAL OF DALLAS' ??? is this a parody or something??
@KarjamP10 жыл бұрын
It's a parody of old self-help videos. The internet really did use to be that slow during its early years. In fact, in those days, even the fastest (yet ridiculously-slow by nowadays standards) dial-up speed of 56KB/s were unavailable at the time.

"What's the capital of Dallas?", I love his answer and reaction "and it only took 10 minutes". How's the other "statistic", there over 10 000 people on the internet each day and the figure is expected to increase by 50% by the next decade....Priceless, this is almost as funny as "The Winnebago man".

I used to have a copy of "Internet for Dummies" book that I received when I bought my first PC in 1998. I remember it was a Pentium 200 with 32 Edo Ram. The "Dummies book" really is for "dummies" the way it help you step by step.

I appreciate a well produced authentic looking "period piece" and pound for pound, this is more accurate and impressive than Lincoln. The copied from TV infomercial VHS look, the costumes, the decor, the music. This is fantastic. I'm jealous at how great this looks, as I know if I tried, I couldn't do it.
