Thanks for the tutorial, much appriciated! I’ve always loved the look of gumbi but have struggled to get a comfortable swing out of it due to being too inverted and not turning the hips enough. Recently I’ve gotten comfortable with a spin-step and falling into it so the axis is pretty much the same as yours, but I still struggle to turn my hips enough so I can’t swing around the side from it without turning my chest in the opposite direction. Anyways, can’t wait to train it tomorrow!
