@@Fluxeon maybe in the future if you can make a video using kick start 2 for side chaining as well. I don’t think I’m utilizing it properly. I appreciate your videos. Still trying to master getting the kick and bass to site well in my house and techno music . Music theory, is an on going process for me but, I’m not stopping and continually trying to learn it and become better. Thank you for making this content🙏🏻

Great video! Just for clarification, you would recommend side chaining on individual tracks as well as the group buss they belong to? I’ve been only using on individual tracks personally, haven’t experimented with buss processing for kick sidechain

Thanks for the feedback bro. It really depends. I like sidechaining the whole group as it saves CPU resources. I use individual sidechain when I need a very specific type of sidechain. Say if you're looking for a heavier pump on one vocal you can do individual. Bus sidechain gives one character to the whole group which is nice :)
