Yes the order form is set up. The pricing plan is set up - I’ve done this for other order formed without a problem. This one is greyed out. I deleted some plans thinking there might be a limit? They have not responded despite many attempts. They used to respond.

They are usually pretty good about responding. I wonder what is going on. I'd just keep trying different things. Maybe try to a new order form? Maybe try duplicating the page and working with a new page, or even starting a new page altogether.

Do you have a solution for not being able to add a payment option/digital product - for some reason save is "greyed" out . I can't get a hold of support
