Thanks for this very useful video. Can you please share the recipe? The dough is so soft and moldable. Mine is usually stiff. Could it be the water quantity? Please help.

I've only just found your channel and it's just what I've been looking for. 20 years ago it wasn't worth making a lot of your recipes as I could just pop down the road and buy them just as nice from a local baker. Now can't get them for love nor money so it's brilliant to be able to make proper old fashioned bakers classics myself. Thank you. Plus it means all these wonderful bakes will be preserved for future generations 😁👍
