Hey Canva, I upgraded to your Pro Plan and I wanted to start incorporating a Call to Action "Like & Subscribe" animation in the middle or end of my music visualizers. Every time I export a video from your video editor there is glitchy popping in the downloaded video file that was not there in my original video file. My drivers and browsers are up to date. I have troubleshooted this in various different ways and the problem remains. My imported original video file does not have these glitchy pops in it when I preview the modified video in your video editor upon exporting. Once I have exported the video from your video editor, the downloaded video file has the glitchy pops in it. There is a forum of people describing this same exporting rendering glitchy popping problem that is happening with my videos exported from Canva. Can you please fix this or explain why this is happening? This is very disappointing!

I was hoping you were going to share with us how the intro was made. We saw a wall of picture frames where you were in some of the picture frames. The view was from the bottom to the top of the wall. That would be nice to learn as well.

Great question. So, the background was an existing video of portraits. Then, we put some frames over some of the portraits. Then we put videos of me in them. And, then we did an animated path for each frame following the movement of the background. Hope that helps! ⌃ml
