I can't get Fabianos approval. I've build farms and ranches only but it's still not working. Any tips ?

Fabianos does not like anything industrial which will cause a decrease in approval... so no Rum distillery, steel mills, weapons factories etc etc etc..... instead you need to build Plantations and Ranches to gain approval
