My name is Kevin Murphy, This statment is %100 True It was 11:00 PM on 03/15/2003 in San Francisco Ca, I was on Market st as I walked across the street in a crosswalk when I was hit by a drunk driver running a red light Every bone on my left side was beoken and ended up 21 feet from where I was hit, The car kept going and 20 minunts later it returnd and gave the officer that was making the report his ID and a Tripple A insurance card that was good for the rest of the year, As I layed in the street with my leg twisted over my back I was looking at my foot dangling in frount of my face dripping blood I new what was going on around me When the cop handed Mathew Navarro back his DL and card He said I know you are drunk and can smell it a mile away so get back in your car and get out of here, Mathew said Thank you sir my dad will take care of you, Mathew took of when I reached ER I was in sergrey for 16 hours, The doctors told everyone that I was not going to live I was so smashed up inside it did not look good The trama unit in San Francisco Gen Hosp is the best in the world I was in ICU for 3 months and released 8 months after that in a wheele char and was told that I would not ever walk agin, It took everything I had just to servive I learnd to walk 3 years after that, Anyway a week after I was hit I got a Lawyer He took photos and was told by TrippleA incurince that they would settel right now for 3 million not to sew, I said yes and he left the room on a cloud he was so happy, a few days after that he returned to my room and gave me all my paper work back photos police report and paper work from Tripple A he told me that he can not help me and said find someone elce to help me he was shaking in his boots and left That was strange, The next day when I came back to my room my lock box was broken into and all my paper work was gone my money watch and ring was still there just my paper work was gone that was strange, I tryed to get a another lawyer and when I told them the story they all said yes I will help you but always called me back saying no they could not help me, I was still in way bad shape and was still just trying to servive so I just would take care of this when I got out of the hosp about a year after that I went to SFPD records to get another copy of my police report and when the cop looked it up he pulled out some paper work and whent to the Sargents desk and gave it to him he looked it over and came to me and said if I ever try to get this report agin he would arest me and take me up stares to county jail himself And had 2 cops take me outside, That was strange? So I then went to Tripple A to find out what was up with that When I had the lady look it up she went in the back of the office and came back after an hour, with 3 guys and told me that Mr. Navarro dropped his policy 1 week before I was hit, I knew this was BS because I had seen the card that was still good for the rest of the year I said to them so for no reason at all he dropped his policy so he could drive around uninsured when it was still good till the end of the year? They were lying and could see it on there faces, That was strange, So after years of recovery I got to work I kind of gave up with all the road blocks I was getting, I guess 7 years after that I was on the internet and saw an FBI agent that sold books that had the same last name as the guy that hit me I checked to see if he had a son with the name of Mathew Navarro And all of a sudden it all came toghter, I never knew who Joe Navarro was he was a real famous book writer and a ex FBI agent, Who elce could get the police report pulled have my layer drop the case and have Tripple A BS me only a FBI agent could do all that, I went to the fire dept to get the recording of the dispatch and when I did that the worker on duty told me that when I was hit the whole hour was blank and told me that this has never happend ever as long as he worked there, So it was plan as day what happend here when Joe Navarro found out that I may not live then his son would have a 187 murder charge that is why Joe worked fast to cover up his sons crime, I have emailed Joe at least 50 times asking him to contact me he has never Joe Navarro has a lot of youtube videos And so do I now I have 13 videos that say this storie all %100 true letting everyone know what he did to me, hoping he would contact me and letting everyone know he is a dirty cop why he never gets back to me for my videos is becouse he is gulity of Abuce of Power using his FBI badge to cover up his sons crimes Everyone I tell this to never gets back to me cuz he is a ex FBI I ask everyone that can give me some advice it would help make my life a bit better I lost my wife, house, job, car, and legs for 6 years, Thank you so much for your time, Kevin Murphy 3607 Baldwin Hills Ct, South San Francisco, Ca 94080 email [e-mail]
