If l want to trade reversal, do l use my medium time frame or my entry time frame break of structure. Examples, if my higher time frame is 4 hours and my middle time frame is 1 hour and my entry time frame is 15 minutes, do l wait for change of structure in 1 hour or 15 minutes to identify reversals

Sir how many daily candles are you using to analyze a 2 hours time frame? I think a whole day trend represent just on candle. Even in one hour time frame about four candles is equal to just one in 4h time frame.
