You need to update your server to Ubuntu 24 to be able to install ansible 2.15 or higher.

Cloud VPS 4 have 48GB Ram. Is that okay using less than requirement 64 GB Ram ?

It's true. 64 GB RAM is for target version. In the testnet phase, it is likely that 48 GB RAM (which is already a lot) is sufficient. If you notice saturation in the RAM, you can upgrade to VPS 5.

I think your server is in Ubuntu 22. You need to update your server to Ubuntu 24 to be able to install ansible 2.15 or higher
