If you want consistency then no but if you want to have fun and learn more about matchups and improve your gameplay then yes. I peak Master 300 LP this season with only lane Yi and i won lane against all kind of champions.

You can walk away from him, at the point he would be about to miss his E cuz you'd be walking out of his E range you use Q on him. When he uses his E first and does not have much time left followed up by his jump, you can assume that he will cancel his E manually. And you can use your W where he will most likely use the full duration of his E since he has nothing to lose cuz you cant walk out of his range in that situation just get a feeling on when his E runs out normally to avoid it and if he does cancel it sooner you will take less damage cuz of your W.
