interesting. applicable to target recurve too I'd think.

Yes. However harder to execute with the proper Olympic Recurve Shot Process which involves setting the grip quite late in the shot process.

That is a good tip, but id point out that it doesn't look like you are neutralizing your wrist and your front elbow looks too bent as if your draw length is too short? Just quick observations, maybe get some other opinions on that? MFJJ at Podium Archer has a good video on the wrist.
