I've watched a ton of aim guides on CSGO, but this one hit kinda different... Maybe it's the high quality of launders content and titles, maybe because it's a super saiyan fusion of the cold/REZ/blameF routines, maybe it's because of "slow is smooth, smooth is fast". This shit actually helps a lot. Haven't been under 50% HS rate since employing this training.

Something I like to do in aim_botz for extended sessions is r_drawdecals 0 and weapon_accuracy_nospread 1. Removing the spread always makes things feel better, and I like to make sure I get the kill if I was actually aiming at the guy, and deal with the RNG in game only. Training your aim is pointless if you aren't getting accurate feedback about it.

I remember in your old aim training guide that one of the things you recommended was practicing your tracking, keeping your crosshair on a bot and following it around. Is that still helpful to train at all? Or should that be something separate, possibly as its own routine working on consistent crosshair placement?
@aristonmain4 жыл бұрын
U still need to train tracking since it's important. But, crosshair placement is the MOST important of them all. GLHF

Coach lau, how much repeats per day do you recommend of this routine? I went from Level 2 EU Faceit to Level 8, but fell down to Level 6 and can’t get out of it. My theory is that until 2100 elo soloq, 90% of results rely exclusively on aim, so I told myself I want to make a break from Faceit and start working only on my aim. Is it smart for you, for example, take this routine twice then hop to FFA DM for 2-2.5 hours? I make an average of 380 kills per hour in normal FFA, trying to do sprays/bursts/tapping depending on a distance. But - when I hop in to the match - I get the same results as before - nothing better, nothing worse. HS % is always around 50, without your routine, just FFA… I think actually I am struggling with strafing on an DM, could you please write an advice how to practice that even on bots or both FFA and bots? And ofc. time per day to get my muscle memory properly? Just to mention, my sens is 1.45@800, but struggling with 180s thanks in advance
@launders3 жыл бұрын
Glad it worked for you, I really believe in this routine still but once you’re comfortable I recommend you do WAY less dm, I’ve switched to scout and deagle only in FFA for about 15 minutes and then just playing. A big thing for me was that if I played too much DM or sprayed too much I brought horrible habits to matches and never tapped even when I should. In my opinion as long as you are playing full games regularly just use dm as warm up at the beginning of the day or right before games and that’s it. Try that and see if it helps. Sometimes you don’t want to come into matches with the confidence you will simply win every duel because there’s so much more to the game then just multi fragging without utility etc. That make sense ?
@kdizdar3 жыл бұрын
@@launders Makes sense what you said, but I have a feeling that if I don’t make enough frags, the match is automatically lost… Because my opinion about the situation is that guys with a lot of matches in level 5-8 are just inconsistent and they don’t work much on avoiding to get outaimed. But… recent match after your routine I got 70% HS but my score 26-26 and lost the match… I use utility “by the feeling”, coming out, trying to trade… Playing more aggressive overall. But I still have bad spray control, especially first 8 bullets because can’t feel how much do I need to pull the mouse down along with tracking… I barely play matches now until I get aim needed to get that level 10, I was so close but… reality came over.

@theginbay4 жыл бұрын
I recommend the training center 1.5c Why I like it more than many other? It has AWP training for long distance, and dust 2 door shooting. An arena, where you spawn bots and they actually move. Different heights. Shooting from above or below. Moving target is the best target to practice precision. Though the map lacks bot speeds. They really should have implamented. Running with knife speed. Running with pistol speed. And running with a gun. I think the default now is running with pistol. Aim botz good but they either can ADAD or be static which makes it not so naturally learnable.
