I am going to give them props for not only getting the classic JINKIES in there, but a reference to the more modern takes of Velma, with the SASS. And she doesn't even taunt, she flat out ignores you for her book lol. Also her dash attack picking up and carrying people being a reference to all the times SHE is the one carrying Shaggy and Scooby while running away.

Episode 8 he wasn't evil I mean he created Charlie the Robot but the robot got out of control so it wasn't really his fault , also when the episode endet nobody got in jail , so it was kind of a dumb choice to choose Jenkins they could use someone else

In Velma's move list, the identity that Velma reveals is Old Man Jenkins which they actually use the design that was used in the original show. Fun fact: despite the meme, there is only one Old Man Jenkins in Scooby Doo and he was never actually a criminal, he was only mixed in with the crime because his daughter took control of a robot at his amusement park.
