I just got my smoker and accessories, and thanks to your educational videos, I'll be starting my maiden smoke tomorrow morning. I cannot thank you enough. Have you ever run the probes through the smoking vent? I'm a little concerned about closing the door on the wires.

Thank you very much for shopping my links! I always run my probes through the door and it works great! The insulating strip simply seals around the probe’s cable. I would personally never run them through the vent.
