Mastercard Lounge Václav Havel Airport Prague - Terminal 1 - Tour
The Mastercard Lounge is intended for guests travelling to countries outside the Schengen area from Terminal 1. It welcomes Priortiy Pass holders, Mastercard Platinum card holders. Holders of Mastercard World Elite premium cards accompanied by up to four guests enjoy free visits of the lounge (the fifth guests will pay a fee of CZK 450). Holders of the Mastercard World and Gold Elite premium cards pay an entrance fee of CZK 450. This applies to premium cards issued in the Czech Republic and some cards issued in Slovakia.

Not sure what members you are referring to as many programs allow access but if you gain access to the lounge then food and drink is included yes.

Is it possible to get there from Terminál 2?

As its after passport control I would think you would need to be flying from T1 to be able to access the lounge.
