I always thought it was funny how in previous seasons the contestants always get upset when the chefs have to come in because they understand what they means but here they're so overjoyed. Tony losing control so easily like that was hard to watch especially since he's supposed to be a coach, he didn't even try to behave or lead properly. The red team was carried hard by Andre.

There are certain things you can do with half a life in the kitchen that no amateur can touch. Knife skills, top of that list. Anyone can measure seasonings to an exact level to create a perfect flavor. But to rind and fine chop a pineapple in seconds? You need an expert.
