For point number 9, linkedin is not the right source of data, people dont update their profiles (mostly senior people) and junior people dont update if the company is not trending. So the best way to look into this metric is using EPFO data.

Signs of very good corporate governance, My personal chechlist- 1. Consistent dividend history to shareholders 2. Customer should like the product and keep buying it again and again 3. Employees like to stay in the organisation (low attrition rate, Great place to work certified) 4.Promoter remuneration should be less than 10 of net profits according to corporate laws. 5. Skin in the game, promoter holding should be above 45. 6. No or min related party transactions. 7. Improving ROE and ROCE ratios shows capital allocation efficiency. 8. Buybacks should be at reasonable or cheap valuations. 9. Tax payment should be according to standard tax rates. 10. Look for FCF margins ie(free cash flow per sale) not CFO/PAT. You will avoid 99 percent of bad managements using this for sure.

In hindsight it is evident that LTfoods did well but if we were in 2020 than won't KRBL would have looked better in this P2P analysis?
